Alright gang I have finally finished  Pirates of World War II , the follow up to Pirates of the Wild West by  Bryan Cantrell . This audio book is a touch over 11 hours long and was narrated by virtual voice. I will start with that just like the first book the voice selection was fitting.   Hey, Hey, Gang, The first thing I want to do is say that I hope everyone is enjoying and having a safe Memorial day Weekend. As we now live in a heated political environment please no matter your political side, let’s not forget to honor and remember our past service members who sacrificed everything so that you can have that political opinion today. Along with this please remember those we have all lost to the next chapter. Briefly bow your head or look to the sky and say, “I remember you!” Remember they  are not truly gone as long as we remember them and the good times shared while they were with us in this world.   Guess what????   Hello Gang, I will start out with this week’s picture! This is the front cover for my new book  Times Castaway Book One Blackbeard’s Treasure.  We are on schedule for possibly a June release as we have only a couple small hurdles to traverse and all will be ready. Once again Zero AI and no clip art everything is pictures from live shoots.  I will say the weather is heating up but still having some absolutely beautiful days here on the Space Coast. I am pleased to say that I am happy to see that after the deep freeze we had this winter almost all of our plants are coming back. It is just sad that after getting some of them nicely grown they are now back to square one at ground level.   Hello Fans, It has been a good week with work for the new book cover proceeding nicely! This week’s picture is from one of the shoots we held. Florida’s weather is starting to heat up for the summer making things feel, well, like Florida. I still prefer it over the cold and snow. The boys and I took my wonderful wife and best friend Deb to Port Canaveral for an excellent dinner at Rusty’s. We had a great meal and watched the cruise ships heading out on their adventures. It is always fun to see the ships heading out but still sad because we are not on one!  I have a new audiobook review for you. This past week I have been listening to Book One from the Enchanted Falls Trilogy,  Falling for the Highlander: A Time Travel Romance .  This series is authored by  Emma Prince .   Hello Mates, This week was a busy one for my alter ego and the day job but it was a positive and smooth running week. Saturday was a second year in a row to run AV for a fundraising event for a local Down Syndrome event called Down For Derby. This event they all dress and enjoy a dinner based around the Kentucky Derby. Lots of Fun!  I finally have a review for the audiobook version of The Legend Of Anne Bonny authored by Robert Q. Hoyt. This book was a virtual voice narration and the selected voice was fitting. Beware as this book is 14.5 hours long. This is why it took me a bit to complete. As you know I normally try for books under ten hours long but with my current writings this one drew my attention so I toughed it out for the longer listen.  Alright now onto my thoughts. Quick note; as truly very little is actually known about Anne Bonny before her emergence on the pirate scene and as to what really happed after her trial.   Hello My friends, This week started out with a tire issue so Monday was as they say, a Monday! Other than that the week went smooth with some final going through of the last edits with Erna (My Editor) for the new book. Coming Soon!   Hey Hey, I will start with that it was a smooth and uplifting week! My day job went smooth and pleasant and then came the best part of the week, the book signing event at Antilles Trading Company in Cocoa FL. I was very pleased that Jackie and Ashley both said that they enjoyed our company and how we interreacted with the customers. It didn’t matter if they were buying my book I still engaged with people and promoted the store and museum. Well as for the actual signing here it is. I have worked with big names over the years and have zero jitters when running events but, since this was an all new unexplored event I had nerves. Well the weather was great and the environment inviting so I calmed them nerves and had a great experience and look forward to future ones. (Hint) They are in the works. Needless to say I met some great people and made good contacts.  Sorry no new book review this week but I am listening to one and it is another long one so it will take me some time. Bu...
